Delivery

Currently, wares are only shipping to the UK and Ireland. For any international orders, please get in touch and I will provide you with an updated ETA and delivery fee. Items are dispatched as soon as possible but may take up to days from the date of order. Delivery options include Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) & First Class (2-4 days). However, times may differ. These delivery options ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your delicate items. 

Although uncommon, if your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact both me and the shipping company.

I am unable to offer the option of cancellation or return once your order has been placed. If you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, please contact me via email at contact@muzuriware.com with photos of your items accompanied by your reference number.
